The Hampton Inn has reserved rooms for those wishing to visit and relax.
Please let us know if you need additional information or have questions or special
needs in advance of the show. We will do our best to help.

An Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday evening. Details are available
online here or at the show, however, we recommend tickets be reserved with your
entry form as the seating is limited.

We look forward to seeing old friends again as well as those who will become new
friends after visiting our show.

JURY MEMBERS

The SANDICAL jury is composed of five nationally accredited APS judges.

We apologize for not listing juror names in advance of the show. This practice
however provides a measure of security for our participating judges.

SECURITY

As in the past, SANDICAL will provide 24 hour, on site security services for crowd control and building security. This service will include both roving and stationary personal.

Security will be from 3:00 p.m. Thursday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday.

All dealers are requested to help in this task by assuming the following responsibilities:

1. BADGES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
2. For safe keeping of material at your table or tables, do not leave booth or material unattended.
3. Be sure that the person in charge of your table(s) is aware of responsibilities.

Security plans require all concerned individuals be involved, please cooperate with the above provisions. It is our desire that SANDICAL STAMP EXPO 2009 will be problem free. The suggestions mentioned will greatly assist in providing an orderly and successful show.
